Jadeyn (born: February 27, 1995 (1995-02-27) [age 29]), better known online as Blixemi (or simply Blix), is a Canadian YouTuber. She predominately makes videos about the Warrior Cats book series by Erin Hunter.

Personal Life[]

Blixemi lives in Saskatchewan, Canada. She currently has a boyfriend, whose name is Austin. He prefers to go by Audi.

Early Channel History[]

Many of Blixemi's first videos were voice acting auditions. She was featured as a voice actress in various original animated series, Warriors fan animations, and My Little Pony fan works. Occasionally Blixemi would also upload song covers.

The Missing Light[]

The first episode of her animated series, The Missing Light, was uploaded in 2012. This dystopian series follows the story of a group of dog-like animals (Blixemi has called them "cookie dogs" on many occasions) and their lives under the oppressive rule of the evil Queen Eyagra. The majority of the series was drawn in MS Paint with a trackpad. The most recent episode to date, Episode 11, was uploaded in 2015. It is unclear whether or not Blixemi intends to continue the series.

Epic Rap Battles of Warriors[]

In 2015, Blixemi and butterflyidentity released the first episode of Epic Rap Battles of Warriors (ERBOW). The concept of the series was a parody of the original Epic Rap Battles of History, except with Warrior Cats instead of historical figures. Many of the ERBOW Behind the Scenes episodes on butterflyidentity's (now known as selneversleeps) channel delves more deeply into the creative process. Many prominent artists and YouTubers in the Warriors fandom have been featured in the episodes. So far, they have 3 seasons and 13 episodes of ERBOW.

Know Your Clanmate[]

In 2016, Blixemi uploaded the first 'Know Your Clanmate' episode. Blixemi acts as an announcer reading off fake facts about the featured character in the short comedy sketches. It is based on 'Know Your Stars'. There are currently 6 episodes.

Warrior Cats Songs[]

In 2016, Blixemi made "StarClan's Light," a cover of a Hunchback of Notre Dame song with rewritten lyrics, and "Stride by Stride." "Stride by Stride" caught the attention of the series editor, Victoria Holmes, who promoted it on her Facebook. To thank her, Holmes sent her a signed copy of Into the Wild. Since then, Blixemi has made 18 completely original songs, including her most-popular video, "Walk Without the Stars," and her 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 Rewinds. Blixemi composes the music and writes the lyrics. She sang many of her earlier songs herself, but since February 2017 she has featured other singers to play the characters. These songs have been compiled in an album that can now be bought on iTunes and Google Play, and streamed on Spotify.

My Person guesses Warrior Cats[]

This is a series Blixemi made in just late 2018. These are a series of videos where a friend or family member of Blixemi's would guess a few Warrior Cats characters. In Episode Two, she does a small Clan terminology "minigame" with her dad, but it is later revealed that she stopped doing these "minigames" because they took up too much time. So far there are seven videos of this series.

What your Favorite Warrior Cats character Says About You[]

In April 13 2019, Blixemi made another series that currently has two videos where she and a couple of other warriors fans, featuring Moonkitti, Tom (also known as Dat Ass is Cash), Tennelleflowers, and others, that talk about what someone's favorite warrior cats character might say about the person. Currently, there are only two videos of this series.

Mouse Brained![]

Mouse Brained is a trivia show created by Blixemi in late 2019 to see which Warriors YouTuber knows the most about the series. There are currently 4 episodes. The show is divided into segments. Each are unique and can change per episode. Opponents go head to head and compete to get points. The winner is determined by who has the most points by the end of all three segments.

Multiple-Choice Mayhem[]

Easily one of the most iconic segments, Multiple-Choice Mayhem consists of eighteen multiple choice questions. Each question is different per episode. You can earn points by buzzing in and answering the question correctly. The asking of a question goes like this: First, the host will ask the question aloud. Then, she will read out a list of four possible answers to the question. You may buzz in after she reads the choices for a chance at one point. If you buzz in and get the question wrong, then the opponent will get the chance to steal the point and you will also lose a point. You may buzz in before any of the possible answers are read for a chance at an extra point. If you get the question wrong and you buzzed in before the questions were read, your opponent can still choose to steal and you will lose a point.

Curious Quotes[]

Curious Quotes, another segment that has been in all four episodes, is another very iconic segment. The segment consists of 6-8 different quotes. You can earn up to three points per quote. You earn one point for knowing who said the quote, and an additional two for knowing who it was said to. You can buzz in after the quote has been recited and go for all three points, or you can go for only one or two. Whoever buzzes in first can answer the question, but if you get it wrong, your opponent can steal your points.

Lightning Fast Facts[]

Lightning Fast Facts was only featured in episode one, as the "wild card" segment. Lightning Fast Facts consisted of 15 questions. It was different than Multiple-Choice Mayhem in the terms that there were no multiple-choice questions. You could earn one point per question. The first to buzz in was able to answer the question, but if you got if wrong, your opponent could choose to steal the point. The segment lasted about seven minutes, living up to its name.

Who is That Cat?[]

Who is That Cat was only featured in episode two, as the "wild card" segment. It consisted of 6 cats to be guessed. The steps of the game were: First the host reads out two hints about a cat, normally about their ancestry. If you still didn't know that cat, both competitors could unanimously agree to reveal two more hints, bringing the point value of the question down. If they still couldn't figure it out, two more hints could be revealed, but that would lower the point value ever further. You could earn three points with only two hints, two points with four hints, and one point with six hints.

Fandom Feud[]

Fandom Feud was featured only in episode three, as the "wild card" segment. The segment consisted of nine questions. This segment was very special, as the fandom itself actually filled out some questions, for example, "What herb would commonly be found in the medicine den?" and would have the competitors guess the top three answers given. The top answer was worth two points, the second most popular answer was one point, and the third most popular answer was only half a point. If you got it wrong, you had a point deducted and your opponent will have the chance to steal.

Am I Lying?[]

Am I Lying? was the "wild card" segment featured in the fourth episode. It consisted of twelve statements about Warrior Cats, and the first to buzz in would have a chance to either confirm her statement or they would have the chance to call her out on her lie. If you were correct on either of those, you would get one point. If she was lying and you were able to correct her, you would get an extra point. If you answered incorrectly, you would have a point taken away and your opponent could steal.

Singles[]

In mid 2020 Blixemi released the single "Chameleon."
