Greetings Wikitubians!
We are prohibiting posts that ask questions along the lines of what deceased YouTuber we would rather bring back. Polls made asking who users would rather bring back are fine, unless they include one or more deceased YouTubers. So for example, asking which retired YouTuber users would like to bring back is fine, but a mix of deceased YouTubers or a post of entirely deceased youtuber's channels is not.
It is disrespectful to the deceased to rank one above another. All life is meaningful. Even if that may not have been the intention, posts like these open the door for insensitive replies like that one that could lead to someone getting blocked for G:2:4 (Do not say death threats or other violent and threatening statements to other individuals, or disrespect or ridicule one's death). It's disrespectful and allows for more disrespect in the replies.
Continuing to make these polls will result in the polls being deleted and could result in a warning (G:2:6, D:1:8) or a block (G:2:4).
Thank you!
(some of this is a joke)
I am a content mod now.
That's it.
Bye.
Actually, I'll try my best to watch out for vandals and pages that are under 2k bytes, or have another rule violation.
This is short because I really suck at writing stuff.
Sup. As you may know, I am now an administrator on this wiki once again. I’m really happy I got the opportunity again, considering that half an hour ago (as of writing this), I was both a content and discussion mod. I will do my best as an administrator by keeping this wiki a safe place for all.
I’m currently in class, so sorry if this is a short statement, but I am happy about this moment, and definitely brought up my day.
Thank you, hugz. 🫂

Congratulations to content and discussions moderator @Tylerota2 on the promotion to administrator again! Congratulations to rollbacker @CacusCool on the promotion to content moderator!
Congratulations to @FNF TUNES and @EdwardBloxy for becoming Rollbackers congrats on your new roles for the both of you.
Hey there! You may have noticed a recent decline in my activity via Discussions, contributions, usage of rights, and overall social engagement in here. And I am creating this post to address my absence and fill you in on the loop of my disappearance. I imagine that if you are on the Wikitubia Discord Server or have messaged me in a more private manner (like TDSEpikMan, TheBladdestSwiftOffical, Astronomical Chaos, etc. have), you may already be aware of this by now, but not everybody is, so I shall provide context.
About a couple weeks ago, FANDOM apparently had some sort of glitch issue in their entire network which got users involuntarily signed out of their accounts, myself included. It was on Leap Day (Feb. 29th) when I went to bed, and woke up the following morning to find that I had somehow gotten signed out, and I could not log back in due to my Google account being suspended. With the help of a few users, I submitted a ticket to FANDOM Support and from there started exchanging the details of my situation to a well-known FANDOM Support Member. In the meantime, I was using the account name "WikitubiaIsWikitubia" while I waited to regain access to "5090061uusd". The longer it took to come back like this, the less hope I was starting to slowly lose.
After 11 days, last night (Mar. 12th) I followed the advice from the person who I was responding back and forth with in my email, and as I looked into my autumn tree pfp, I knew I had returned back to "5090061uusd". I would like to thank those of you who hoped that I would and/or tried to help me return to my status of being known as the admin nicknamed uusd, and not some random hopeless user named "WikitubiaIsWikitubia" (I didn't even come up with this username myself, lmao).
However, I may not remain as active I was before this happened, at least not to the extent, since I have another personal situation in my life that I am currently dealing with, though I will still check in on a daily basis and not stay a standstill. Anyways, thanks for reading "allat" and for your understanding. Cheers!

Greetings Wikitubians! As there is a large and growing number of pages in need of citations and asking for them to be cited doesn't get them sourced rather quickly I have gathered a list of twenty pages in need of citations. Here's a quick overview of the project.
The list of the pages can be found here, https://youtube.fandom.com/wiki/User:CheesePlatter/Sourcing_Project
These pages need sources for claims made about the channel, especially controversy sections. It does not matter if a page has more than three sources, the goal of this is to fill in as many citations for with "{{Cite}}" or as it would appear on the page "[citation needed]" next to them.
If the page has places with [citation needed] already, add in the sources that fit the section there. If the pages does not, try to add as many sources to places that need them as possible, regardless of the amount of sources already on the page. The most important section to source it the controversies section but information and claims made about a Youtuber under any header should be sourced.
Let's do our best to complete this week's pages. The more that pitch in the quicker we can reach the goal.
Hey all,
Just wanted to stop by and say that I've updated the rule against repetitive posts, and have changed it instead to restrict low-effort posts. Low effort posts are posts that consist of little substance and/or don't actually promote any discussion. Some examples of this may seem to promote discussion (i.e. "Thoughts on ____?"), but the responses to those kinds of posts are typically "Idk".
Let me know if you have any questions!
Cheers.
Seeking better titles, please forward any and all suggestions to notmyemail@provider.com.
Thanks for applying everyone, but the applications are out of the way now, so here the results for everyone.

Rollbackers:
Hey all,
I wanted to stop by and inform everyone of a new rule against repetitive posts, D:1:9. This includes posts such as “Who’s better” and “Thoughts on [YouTuber]?”, because they are repeated ad nauseam to a degree in which they no longer promote legitimate discussion anymore. While the specifics of the rules are defined on the page itself, it’s largely up to moderator discretion what is considered repetitive.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Cheers
Greetings! The election has concluded and @Tabbloide has won the February 2024 Bureaucrat Vote against @Axayla by a vote of 44-25. Tabbloide has been promoted to bureaucrat and head of content, the highest position on wikitubia and has replaced JustLeafy in the position.
The mainpage for this election can be found here, at Wikitubia:February 2024 Bureaucrat Vote. Additionally, the certification can be found here, at Certification for the February 2024 Bureaucrat vote.
Thank you all for casting your votes in this election!
Because of the retirement of CoalIsAPro and the promotion of CheesePlatter, we are down two discussions moderators and one rollbacker, and there are no quality candidates. So, as a last resort, we aim to fix this by opening...
(Lower-Level) Moderator Applications!
We're down multiple d-mods and rollbackers, and we intend to accept a bit more than really necessary to be on the safe side.
Here are some ground rules. Application does not guarantee your selection, nor are the staff obligated to promote even a single user who applies if the staff deem that none of the available candidates are a good fit, or if the shortages are filled by other users.
They close on February 7, 2024, at 20:59 UTC, so apply ASAP!

Congratulations to @CheesePlatter for becoming our newest Administrator!
If you haven't read this post, https://youtube.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000003645769, or even if you have, well, Purzyckij is gone.
So, this post exists to celebrate Purzyckij on his way out, for his unrivalled dedication and commitment to Wikitubia (nobody else has lasted as long as he did), for his contributions that put Wikitubia where it is today, and to wish him well in life. He was perhaps one of the wiki's most important users, yes, even more important than Cluckster. Virtually every staff member any of us ever knew and interacted with had been influenced by him in some way, directly or indirectly; he was a mentor of sorts, the last of a formative generation for the wiki, and many of us would not be here without him.
Most importantly, Purz came to the wiki at a time when it was.. less well developed.. than it is now. Would it be an exaggeration to say he and Kevin08015 helped save it? No, not at all. Cluckster may be more well known, and he may be responsible for overhauling various aspects of the wiki to make certain processes easier, but Purzyckij led the wiki into the modern age in the first place. He was, by all accounts, a great leader, even when his activity began to wane.
Purzyckij, please, have a great future, and an awesome retirement. You deserve both.
Changes:
@Johncocek3 is the longest serving staff member now (@JustLeafy actually is if moderating the Discord means anything to you)
@BlindCartographer is the longest serving administrator now
Our longest serving staff member @Purzyckij has retired from his role as Administrator after over 10 years of being on the team.
Our Discussions Moderator @CoalIsAPro has been demoted after over a year of service, and our Content Moderator @Minecraftia Mine 12312 has been promoted to Discussions Moderator.
96 Votes in Poll
For those who don’t know, as well as for those who are not on the server, Wikitubia has concluded its administrators’ debate for the available position of Head of Content, formerly occupied by JustLeafy. I would like to thank @Axayla and @Tabbloide profusely for managing to participate in the debate.
With the debate concluded, I would like to remind everybody that the vote to determine who replaces JustLeafy as Head of Content will begin on February 1, 2024 at 0:00 UTC—less than a week from now. Please carefully consider all the available information at your disposal (in this case, the debate transcript) as well as your own experiences, before making an informed decision. Additionally, voters must have at least 5 edits or posts prior to 23:17 UTC on December 30, 2023 to vote in this election.
The transcript can be found here:
https://youtube.fandom.com/wiki/Wikitubia_(website)/February_2024_Bureaucrat_vote_debate
If you don't know, bureaucrat JustLeafy has resigned from his role. Currently, we are hosting elections to determine who will replace him as the Head of Content. We just got through our first bullet round (which you can read more about here, but in summary the staff eliminate all but the two most popular candidates in these rounds), and the results are in; The administrators @Axayla and @Tabbloide will be moving on to the site-wide popular vote, held on February 1, 2024 at 0:00 UTC.
All users who have made at least 5 edits or posts prior to 23:17 UTC on December 30, 2023 can vote in this election. Votes made by users who have not achieved this before the given time will not count.
Next will be our debate between @Axayla and @Tabbloide, scheduled for January 25, 2024 at 0:00-1:00 UTC. The transcript will be uploaded to Wikitubia.
Thanks to all the admins who ran.
