• FEMALE NEWS REPORTER: {Shows up next to a small box with a picture of car, entitled "NOISY CARS" along with a bar at the bottom if the screen with the name of the news channel "KRON 4.com" on it} --latest rage for kids is driving parents and entire neighborhoods crazy. It's called a whistle tip, and it's welded inside a car's wuffler to make the car screechingly loud from nearly a mile.

{A close up clip with a man installing a whistle tip to a muffler appears. The header of the bar at the bottom of the screen reads "WHISTLE TIPS" with the text under it reading "THE BAY AREA'S NEWS STATION" and next to it, once again reads "KRON 4.com"}

• MALE NEWS REPORTER: {Pans to a farther out scene of the man installing the whistle tip} Nearley every muffler shop in Oakland is installing {switches back to preview close-up shot of wuffler} whistler tips. {camera takes a look inside the muffler, which has a whistle tip inside} It's a piece of metal welded inside the exhaust pipes, {pans to a scene of a car with a whistle tip screeching down the road} that makes the car audible for almost a mile.

• INTERVIEVER: Tell me about the whistles. {points microphone to Bubb Rubb}

• BUBB RUBB: The whistles go WOOOOO--!

• MAN: Anybody that has it in their neighborhood is going to be totally drivin crazy.

• INTERVIEVER: It sound like rastle--{Bubb Rubb interrups}

• BUBB RUBB: {The header of the bar at the bottom of the screen reads "BUBB RUBB" with the text under it reading "WHISTLE FAN" and next to it, once again reads "KRON 4.com"} Well you wanna WOOO WOOO! It's that wooo wooo! You know what i'm sayin'? Dude, you got the flow! They didn't trip off the Flowmasters... I'm not sure why the flow ma--{Lil Sis interrups}

• LIL SIS: {Pans to Lil Sis} It's just for decoration man, {Bubb Rubb interrupts} it's just for decoration! We sing that song man, we do it for decoration!

• BUBB RUBB: {interrupting Lil Sis} Yeah, yea-- {done interrupting}

• INTERVIEWER: You have it on your car?

• LIL SIS: {turns head and points to the other direction} Yeah, I have it on my car!

{pans to scene of a man in wuffler shop installing a whistle tip}

• MALE NEWS REPORTER: {pans to a closer scene of the man} It was being installed on their car--

{cuts to a scene with a car screeching down the road with a whistle tip}

• MALE NEWS REPORTER: {cuts to a scene of Roxanne Bruns waking} Roxanne Bruns {cuts to anotehr scene of a car screeching} hears the high-pitched tone like the squeal of a bar-train that doesn't stop is keeping her awake at night. {cuts to a coser scene of the same car} Police have told her it is legal.

• ROXANNE BRUNS: {The header of the bar at the bottom of the screen reads "ROXANNE BRUNS" with the text under it reading "NEIGHBOR" and next to it, once again reads "KRON 4.com"} They think it's fad, it's gonna go away, it's not goin' away. {Bar dissapears and Roxanne starts to laugh}

• INTERVIEWER: And it's drivin' you nuts?

• ROXANNE BRUNS: And it's drivin' me nuts! I work at home, uh...I can't concentrate when it goes on for, for, y'know hours.

{pans back to Bubb Rubb}

• INTERVIEWER: Some neighbors are saying way too loud. {points microphone to Bubb}

• BUBB RUBB: That's only in the morning, you 'posed to be up cookin' breakfast for somebody, n' so it's like n' alarm clock! WOOO WOOO!

{Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis get in car and drive to show off to news reporters}

• MALE NEWS REPORTER: {car drives out} Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis were proud to show it off.

{car screeches down road almost running into another car and going past a stop sign}

• MALE NEWS REPORTER: Some local residents will complain about the noise makers Tuesday night at a council meeting. {Marcelo Carbrera walks through his shop} Until the law changes, Marcelo Carbrera says he will keep installing them.

• INTERVIEWER: Do they have it your neighborhood?

• MARCELO CARBRERA: No, I won, I won, but that's what he wanted, the business is to sell...the pipes, so I helped to sell whatever they wanted. Whatever people wanted, why not sell it?

{Replays scene}

• BUBB RUBB: That's only in the morning, he calls me up making breakfast for somebody, n' so it's like n' alarm clock! WOOO WOOO!

• LIL SIS: {Turns head and points to the other direction} Yeah, I have it on my car!

{Cuts back to scene with man installing whistle tip then screen goes black with the words "Go heat" on the screen and starts to play a hip hop song}
