Brandon Grant is a YouTuber who lives near Salt Lake City, Utah. He made his first channel, ChiefBrandonGrant, on September 14, 2011 where he posted a six-part Nintendo Console Retrospective, reviewing Nintendo consoles and some of their games. He also has a Let's Play channel under the name of ChiefScarneck created on February 20, 2012. He is also a member of The Blunderbolts , a collab channel focused on donig Blind Readings of episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
He is currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Kobe, Japan and will return in early 2015.

The first video he's made on ChiefBrandonGrant is a first-impressions video of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for Wii. He then started posted his Nintendo Console Retrospective videos as a character he calls The Gaming Chief. He's posted several kinds of videos including a 5-part Pokémon movie retrospective, a yo-yo demonstration, unboxing videos of the Club Nintendo Golden Nunchuk and The Last Story, and a trailer for a parody show called The Adventures of Little Lyman.

Brandon posted the first episode of his first Let's Play, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team, on February 27, 2012, the 16th anniversary of Pokémon. On April 4-5, he posted an interactive, choose-your-own path Let's Play of Star Fox 64, where he allowed the viewer to choose which path they'd like to see the game be completed in. He also stated in these videos that Star Fox 64 was one of the first N64 games he's ever played and considers himself to be a master at the game. He is now currently working on his Let's Play of Kingdom Hearts and he plans to do a Let's Play of Kingdom Hearts II in the future. He also did a Let's Play of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games to celebrate his favorite sporting event. He also did Let's Plays of both PokéPark games on the Wii. He was also planning a Let's Play of Gex, but decided to postpone it. In an interview with fellow Let's Player Sebijingames, it is revealed that he plans on doing a Let's Play of the Legend of Spyro trilogy in the future.
