Gaming MaleIcon YouTuber

Dylan Clawson, known by his YouTube channel as ConflictNerd and formerly as CONFLICTNERD Dylan, is a Northern Irish gaming YouTuber and Twitch streamer. His YouTube channel content is mostly commentary on building and management games such as Cities Skylines, BanishedSoftware Inc. and Factorio. He also hosts a Twitch streaming channel, ConflictNerdTV where he also does GTA V roleplays, although not as family-friendly.

Dylan was the head and by far the most popular of the ConflictNerd group, which also included CONFLICTNERD Meg, CONFLICTNERD Calum (now Bigfoot), CONFLICTNERD Stephen, and CONFLICTNERD Mathin. The group was disbanded May of 2017, with Dylan taking the ConflictNerd name. His channel was rebranded as simply "ConflictNerd", though his channel banner still says "CONFLICTNERD Dylan".

Dylan, or at least his mailbox, is adressed at Coleraine in County Derry, Northern Ireland, a constituent country of the United Kingdom.

Even at a young age Dylan wanted to be an entertainer. He describes his primary school life as being the "nerd in the class, who was frequently poked fun off". At 7 years old he made his own Star Wars film starring himself and filmed by his grandma. In High School Dylan's interests changed to being a musician, forming his own band with only two members including himslef, and attempting to make a music video of a cover of Bullet for My Valentine's Tears Don't Fall, which ended up being a failure with the other member selling the cover before it was recorded. To this day Dylan admits they "never got their money back".

Throughout his life he retained his interest in video games. He fulfilled his dream of being both a gamer and an entertainer by doing Let's Play videos in YouTube.
