Who Addicts Reviews is an English YouTube channel consisting of two whovians, James Wilson and Matthew Rowney. Created in May 2013, James and Matthew created videos of reviews, theories and discussions on anything and everything related to Doctor Who.

The videos were originally just James and Matthew talking over some pictures that were displayed onscreen however more recently the videos feature themselves talking to a camera. One of the most popular and controversial videos uploaded is the duo's live reaction to the announcement of the Twelfth Doctor where both were seen to be disappointed and criticized Peter Capaldi as he has already been in Doctor Who, although their thoughts have changed dramatically since then.

In August 2013, they created a Facebook page and Twitter account which have become popular with their many subscribers. Who Addicts Reviews also have their own website designed by Jacob Martin which holds links to their social networking sites and the latest news on the channel. On April 20th, 2014, it was revealed on a YouTube video that they would be making a Doctor Who fanfilm to celebrate their first year of YouTube. Entitled 'Whovians No More' it tells the story of themselves in a future where Doctor Who does not exist. At the end of the fanfilm they announced that it was in fact part of a trilogy, with the 2nd part being called 'Whovians Reborn' which has recently been brought forward for release to September 5th. It is expected that the trilogy will conclude in 2015.
