Hello Everyone! Today I will show you how to get minecraft running on your google cardboard! This video will help you get you stated on playing PC Minecraft through your android phone in Virtual reality like on the oculus rift.
Of course, you will need a google cardboard device and a few other things!
Minecraft On Google Cardboard Materials:
Android Phone (Preferably 1,080p display)
Trinus Gyre (PC)
Trinus Gyre (Android)
Micro USB Cable (Although you may also be able to stream via wifi)
Now to get Minecraft running on your google cardboard you have to first start up minecraft on your pc computer. Then open up both Trinus Gyre apps/programs on your pc computer and android phone, that you will put into your google cardboard. Afterwards set up your trinus gyre to these settings:
Fake3D - Enabled
Mode - Compatible
Sensor Type - Mouse
Sensitivity - Yaw:Invert 60%, Pitch 60%, Roll 40%
Ok once you've set your trinus gyre correctly, press the power on button on both devices. This will stream your pc windows to your android phone. Double click on your minecraft client and you should see your minecraft screen on your android phone. You android phone's gyroscope should also be taking care of mouse movement. Click a minecraft world to test the sensitivity and reset it to what you like.
Now put your android phone into your google cardboard and put the google cardboard with minecraft on your head!
Voila! You now have minecraft on your google cardboard!
