Steven, also known as StevensStuff, is a game development YouTuber who uploads sparsely and makes content very similar to Dani, where he makes clone games and devlogs.

History[]

Steven created his first video on June 23, 2019 where he showcases a game that he had been working on. He then uploaded more videos related to that game and also made a game in 69 minutes. Most of these videos are unlisted and in a playlist. He made his first popular video "Attempting to Learn 3D Game Development in One Week" where he learned how to make 3D games after only ever making 2D games. He kept uploading and his videos started getting more traction. However, on September 13, 2020 he uploaded a video entitled "I made Minecraft but with realistic physics" which got 3 million views in a week, and is sitting at over 5 million views. His channel skyrocketed in popularity where he gained 100,000 subscribers in 3 weeks. Recently, he put out a community post saying:

"Hey all. It's been a while. Almost a year since I last posted and promptly disappeared without warning. If anyone's still sticking around and wondering where I've been, no I'm not dead lol. I've just been busy and doing YouTube alongside the other stuff I've got going on isn't really feasible. I may come back in the future if that changes, but we'll have to wait and see. But to those who did stick around, thanks for coming along on this journey with me". No video or other update has come out since.

Content[]

Steven doesn't have a set style for content, he normally uploads devlogs and him making clone games.

Devlogs[]

Steven sometimes uploads progress videos on an upcoming game which is currently unnamed, however, he has stated that it is very similar to the game "Get to the Orange Door". He often makes community posts showing his progress.

Clone Games[]

Steven often uploads videos of him remaking games "but making it worse". So far he has uploaded 3 episodes, which may not sound like a lot, but it is equal to a third of his videos. He has uploaded him remaking SuperHot, Minecraft and Doom Eternal. His Minecraft video got so much traction that it got it's own Speedrun.com category and multiple YouTubers such as Skeppy and EazySpeezy having played it.
