Does anyone know how to get a Banner and the top of your channel? Like this one www.youtube.com/user/RonPaul2008dotcom

I am trying to setup a channel for a minor politician, and I don't see where you can add a banner like that. I read somewhere that you have to be a partner. Is this true? How would I go about that? 64.129.128.2 16:26, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

I believe that you need a special type of account on YouTube. For example, Linkin Park has a banner on the top of the account. Sign up for a "Politician" account, and follow all of the instructions. Then check your account options. Try "General Options". Thunderhead 07:31, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

I found this: Politician (account type) - These are candidates for the 2008 United States presidential election. We are exploring extending this to other election contests.
