Gears No More is a Gears of War 2 machinima created by Dexterboy124. The story follows the adventures of Dexter and Kevin as they realized they have been transformed into Locusts. While trying to become human again, they ally themselves with other Locusts and fight off the humans (their former allies) to save their skins. Currently 7 parts (episodes) out of 7 have been available to watch both on YouTube and machinima. A prequel, entitled White Phoenix, which takes place before episode 1, is also out.

CharactersEdit

Kevin (played by: Guitarmasterx7): Kevin is the leader of the two man squad Team White Phoenix. He and Dex have been good friends for a very long time. He wishes to get his human body back (which he does in episode 7).

Dexter (played by: Dexterboy124): Kevin's sidekick. Usually the one who's behind Kevin. This changes in episode 3 where Dex saves Asscrack from a human attack, and gets a request to be promoted to Guardian (a high Locust rank). He is an official Guardian by episode 4 and calls his team Red Wind. He also seems to develop a relationship with fellow partner, Rachel. In the end of the series, he chose to remain a Locust, and help them out.

Rachel (played by: Rina-chan): The female lead. She apparently was a human at one point, and got transformed into a Locust as well. It is hinted at the end of both episode 3, and is confirmed in episode 4. She is known to have a brother and father (presumed to be Bogs and Rob) who are part of a three man team called Black Panther (both where confirmed in episode 6). She is killed by Kevin in the final episode, and her heart was eaten.

Asscrack (played by: MINIUSMAXIMUS): Not much is known about him. All that is known is that he isn't single, and he finished a plate of spaghetti for the first time. He is a possible leader of the Locusts.

Recurring CharactersEdit

Shawna (played by: AwAmberBuzzkill): The only other female Locust in the series. She is killed in a human attack, confirmed in episode 6.
