Early Life[]
Gemma Stafford lived with her parents, three sisters, and brother. She lived in Wexford, Ireland for most of her life until age 25. Her mother Patricia is her inspiration for baking, she would let Gemma into the kitchen and let her do whatever she wanted. She also read her mom's cookbooks and magazines. It helped her develop her skills for baking. The first recipe she made was an apple crumble. She attended a college in Dublin to study professional baking and earned her certificate. She then went to Ballymaloe Cookery School where she learned lots from Darina Allen. She has worked in many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. She moved to San Francisco and got a job as a pastry chef. Soon, she decided to open a catering business. The business made over the top breakfasts like pancakes and waffles.
YouTube Adventure[]
