Golden Arches, Brown Walls begins with Ninten explaining how there was a basketball in his pudding (a reference to a fan-created image that Stephen saw). He then tells how the episode will be on arches, but since that's boring he'll talk about the golden arches, AKA McDonald's (and the rest of the fast food industry). He explains his love for fast food that is shared with so many others, but then moves to the darker side, particularly why on earth people can't seem to get their poop into the toilet. He asks viewers to create a sign and leave it in bathrooms across America to try and help the epidemic. He finishes the episode by announcing he is going to McDonald's to get some double cheeseburgers.
