Grapefruit's Sister was a short-tempered grapefruit who appeared in Annoying Orange: Grapefruit's Revenge, where she was the episode's primary antagonist.

She had a lot of makeup on and had a red bow on her head.

In the episode, she wanted to get back at Orange because he killed her brother, Grapefruit. Orange called her "Chubby McChubby Clown", and she got very annoyed and yelled at Orange. Suddenly, Grapefruit's sister got sliced in half by Daneboe, and her bow fell off. Daneboe then took her away.

She was voiced by Bobjenz.
