Okay, buddy...

―Hamlinz

Darryle Hamlin[1] (born May 23, 1995 (1995-05-23) [age 28]), better known online as Hamlinz (or simply Hamz), is an American YouTuber and Twitch streamer who is best known for playing Fortnite. Hamlinz is a member of TSM (Team SoloMid), a professional eSports group. Darryle is commonly known for being "sus" and reacting to YouTube videos.[2][3]

History[]

Even though he only has one video before Fortnite, which is Runescape, Hamlinz only had 20 subscribers and didn't get at least 1 view a day before doing Fortnite. His growth on YouTube because of Fortnite is late, but thanks to it, he is now getting rapid success and gains nearly 10,000 subscribers everyday thanks to Fortnite and also TSM collabs. He is also in the TSM house with Myth and Daequan Loco.[4]

Hiatuses[]

First Hiatus[]

Darryle was on a hiatus for unknown reasons, but people assume that he is diagnosed with Cancer, from a deleted tweet.[5] However, on October 19, 2019, Darryle made an announcement stating that he took a hiatus due to his Grandmother being diagnosed with cancer, and decided to take a hiatus to take some time to mentally reset and visit his grandmother. He is scheduled to return on October 20.[6]
