Rain Rain Go Away begins with Ninten showing off his "cat hat". After the intro, he explains how he's back home from the military and he wanted to go outside and play but couldn't since it was raining. He's very depressed about this but has a plan to stop the rain. By getting military planes to fly into the sky and drop sponges wrapped in duct tape to the clouds, rain will be unable to fall, according to Ninten. The problem lies in obtaining the funding for such a project, which he claims is easy: just get Martha Stewart to do it. Ninten talks about how good she is with money then finishes up the episode by asking everyone to leave a comment saying something nice about Martha Stewart, hoping to get her attention to his project.
