Roseanne "Rosie" Figglehorn is Fred's unseen grandmother.

Rosie was first mentioned in "Fred On Christmas", but was fully introduced in "Fred's Grandma Has a Secret" as Fred's babysitter while his mother's in rehab.

She is voiced by Lucas Cruikshank.
