Personal life
Sally's name originally was suppose to be 'Sally-Lynn' (spelt Sally-Lunn) until her family thought she would be teased for her name (which is a large bun or teacake made with a yeast dough including cream, eggs, and spice, similar to the sweet brioche breads of France). Her family called her Lynn for short, until Sally's mum dubbed her as just Sally. Sally was born in New Zealand. Sally also studied at university, something irrelevant to make-up, but still her true passion is still make up. Sally used YouTube as a creative outlet and hobby while she studied before ever considering YouTube as a full-time commitment. Sally is also close friends with make up beauty tipper Shaaanxo and also friends with Kris Fox.
