The Ninten 500 starts with Ninten holding the same jar of pretzels he had in Don't Ride Norville Rogers, but saying "Empty empty empty empty empty" as he's obviously finished them since then. After the title, he explains that he's celebrating because he's reached 500 subscribers (half way to a million, according to Ninten). In order to have more substance than that, he looks at other things that come in 500s. He winds up talking about the Indianapolis 500 and Nascar, particularly how they are incredibly boring and people only watch it to see if someone will get hurt. Ninten proposes a new alternative to racing where one just spins in circles 500 times since it's safer anyway (he even recommends to do it in a field of flowers or mattresses). He asks people to send in video responses and the video abruptly ends.

It comes back on with no music since Ninten has to address an issue. He says that people were telling him it was his birthday (for the 20th anniversary of the MOTHER game), but he corrects them saying that his birthday is in March. Clearing that up, he quickly adds, "1000 subscribers, here I come."
