Tomato appeared in The Annoying Orange 3: TOE-MAY-TOE, where he was the main antagonist.

In the episode, Orange kept annoying Tomato, calling him an apple. In the end, Tomato died a painful death of being sloshed around in a blender after Daneboe pressed one of the buttons. Tomato was then served as ketchup with a hamburger and some French fries. Orange said, "I was hopin' we could "ketchup"!", and then laughed at him.

His voice was performed by Daneboe.
